By accessing or using WAAII services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
WAAII provides software development services including AI solutions, web and mobile app development, APIs, automation, and technical consulting.
3. Engagement and Payment
Work is delivered under mutually agreed scope, milestones, and payment terms. Details are defined in project proposals or signed contracts.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership and licensing are defined per project agreement. Generally, custom deliverables transfer after full payment, while pre-existing frameworks and tools remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Warranties and Liability
Services are provided with professional care. Except where required by law or contract, services are provided as-is and liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only as necessary for project delivery.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in India unless otherwise agreed in writing.
